Love Now, Tomorrow Isn't Promised

It has been a while since I have wrote on here, but it feels right today. With the holidays upon us, the magic in the air, we need to remember the good in our lives and hold tightly to the ones we cherish. Not the things, but the people in our lives that have left a mark of love and light in our lives.

Yesterday, I said goodbye to a very dear friend. What gets to me is I don’t know if in his final hours he knew just how much he meant to me and the memories I have of him. He was the husband to one of my favorite cousins and the father of my two godchildren. We had not spoken in many years and I don’t know if it was because of the pain we both felt for the loss of my cousin, or if it was just life and time that got in the way. But I regret that I didn’t reach out more, even just a call here and there to keep in touch.

Friendships and family are the things I hold dear to me and yet with the busy life we lead, I find myself letting so much time go by in between calls, text or emails that just say “hello”, “how are you” or “I love you.” One of the worst things to live with is the feeling of regret.

I have many close friends and family out there that I don’t reach out to enough. I live my days hoping that they know how much I love them and with each day that passes I tell myself, “I will call them this weekend.” The weekend comes and something always happens, life gets busy and hectic and we just lose track.

But with the coming year and with new resolutions on the horizon, I want to let my people know, and you all know who you are, that I will make a better, more conscious effort to keep in touch. You all mean so much to me and my life has been shaped, enhanced or brightened by each of you.

Be kind to each other. Don’t hold onto grudges and resentment, life is just too short and we never know when our last day here on earth will be. Tell someone you forgive them. Tell someone you are sorry. Tell someone that you love them.

I hope this holiday season finds you all with the most magical of times and that you fond memories of lost ones and are making even better memories with the ones who are here with you now.

Have a peaceful night!

Intro: The puppet master!!! If you want it long and hard, I need you soft and wide.

Lupe: #BowTieWednesday…he is such a momma’s boy he had to make a puppet of his mother. He just couldn’t let her die. #mommapuppet

Clay: There is nothing worse than an alcoholic with bad hygiene.

Section Two:

Things are definitely heating up. Johnny is on a path of destruction. Dandy is getting very interesting. Liking the serial killer vibe going on.

Lupe: Johnny Darling is not so darling…he is on a downward spiral.

Clay: Is he just a gigilobster.

Section Three:

The best way to send those girls off is to give them exactly what they want.

Dandy is getting warmed up. He is taking serial killing to a new level. The power of bathing in blood.

Lupe: That is one Tupperware party, turned pool party I am glad I didn’t attend. Dandy is on rampage. Team Bet!!!

Clay: Dandy’s ass is a reoccurring character. And he doesn’t have a bad body.

Section Four:

Your secret shame, is my secret shame. You should see it when its anger.

You keep your shame on the inside; it eats away at you like of rot.

Lupe: Put down that rope and get your freak on.

Clay: That is a lot of digging for a millions dollars.

Section Five:

Lupe: I feel sorry for Dot; now it’s Bet’s turn to love Dandy.

Clay: I don’t have anything on that section….it’s a very odd ménage a trois!

AHS 8

A week off from AHS – Freak Show has left some of us going through withdrawals. The turkey and family gathering was fun, and a family road trip was amazing, but I am ready to get my freak on.

Intro:

Lupe: Dandy has one hell of a case of “mommy’s boy”.

Clay: A mother’s burden never ends.

Second Section:

Someone’s actions whether good or bad, will always be taken into consideration when things go bad, get dark and people are grasping for understanding for an indefensible crime. Elsa may be innocent in Ma Petite’s death, but her actions have given rise to justifiable suspicions.

Lupe: Elsa snuck in on that draw.

Clay: She needed that like another hole in the leg, but then…..

Section Three:

So Dandy posed a question…can you can someone’s power by eating their flesh or just by bathing in their blood. Hmm, thoughts???

Lupe: I hope they don’t have Regina for dinner.

Clay: Freaks are dropping like flies, but they will have their revenge.

Section Four:

Eat up darling…there is more where that came from.

Lupe: Elsa is sick!!! Sisterhood and the traveling circus.

Clay: Soup’s on….

Section Five:

Lupe: Dandy has no impulse control. Creepy as hell….Then Lupe went to get us cookies…maybe taking a bath in his mother’s blood will make him a better person.

Clay: Dandy is the dark horse of the show….each week, I get more and more impressed with him.
