Clay and I started back to the gym today and had a session with a personal trainer. We decided it was time to get back into being more mindful of our health and wellness, mind, body and soul. We have so much to be thankful for and count our blessings daily. We want to stay healthy and full of vibrant energy so each day is lived to the fullest and we can make choices out of mindfulness and being centered, instead of feeling rushed, tired and chaotic.
