Alex could feel the effects of the pill starting to set in on the drive to the bar. He could tell, by the way, the street lights and the lights on the cars passing started to leave trails of light behind them. The lights inside the cab were starting to take on a life of their own. Alex was thinking it was about time. He needed to forget about everything, if only for tonight. Tonight was just going to be about fun, guilty pleasure, and maybe some sexual pleasure too if the night so demands.
